Ter­ror­ists kill four Kur­dish stu­dents

Af­ter a ter­ror­ist group known as “Ashab-ul-Haq” kid­napped sev­eral Kur­dish stu­dents on Bagh­dad-Khanaqin high­way, four of them later were killed and their bod­ies were handed over to their fam­i­lies on 16 June .

The four killed people were from Jalawla and were col­lege stu­dents. Some of the other kid­napped people have been taken as hostages, and the kid­nap­pers ask for ran­som to free them.

Among the Kid­napped stu- dents there are some who have been taken to un­known places and there is scarce in­for­ma­tion about what has hap­pened to them.

This hap­pened af­ter the Is­lamic State of Iraq and Sham (ISIS) an­nounced in a state­ment ear­lier that they have ex­e­cuted thou­sands of Shiia stu­dents. They were avi­a­tion col­lege stu­dents, study­ing to be­come pi­lots in the Iraqi army.
