Head of the Communication of the14th Branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party KDP says that the Islamic State fighters have freed 40 prisoners in Babel Top area of Mosul.
“The only Kurdish prisoner among the group has been shot to death by the ISIS fighters,” said Saeed Mamuzini, head of the communication of the KDP’s 14th Branch.

“Ali was an Iraqi Police officer from the Kiki Tribe who was around 40 years old and father to 4 children,” Mamuzini said.
