BCF dis­trib­utes aid to 1050 school chil­dren

Barzani Char­ity Foun­da­tion BCF dis­trib­uted school sup­plies to 1050 chil­dren in a poor dis­trict of Er­bil on Sun­day, Novem­ber 9, 2014. Deputy Chair­man of the BCF and Di­rec­tor Gen­eral of Er­bil Ed­u­ca­tion Direc­torate at­tended and su­per­vised the event, where bags and sta­tionery were dis­trib­uted over the stu­dents in Mamzawa neigh­bor­hood in Er­bil, one of the low­est in­come dis­tricts of the Kur­dish cap­i­tal.

This comes as part of the foun­da­tion's an­nual project of dis­tribut­ing 40,000 sets of school sup­plies over low in­come and refugee chil­dren all over Kur­dis­tan Re­gion.

Mousa Ahmed, Deputy Chair­man of BCF said this is part of many cam­paigns and projects his foun­da­tion has un­der­taken to support poor peo­ple and dis­placed fam­i­lies.

"We will con­tinue to reach out to max­i­mum num­ber of low in­come stu­dents in need."
