Abadi and Masum con­grat­u­late pres­i­dent Barzani

The Prime Min­is­ter, Haider al-Abadi, con­grat­u­lated the Pres­i­dent of Kur­dis­tan Re­gion of Iraq, Mas­soud Barzani, over the vic­to­ries achieved by the Kur­dish Pesh­merga forces in Nin­eveh.

The Prime Min­is­ter, Haider al-Abadi, con­grat­u­lated the Pres­i­dent of Kur­dis­tan Re­gion of Iraq, Mas­soud Barzani, over the vic­to­ries achieved by the Kur­dish Pesh­merga forces in Nin­eveh.

A state­ment by the Pres­i­dency of Kur­dis­tan Re­gion re­ceived by Kur­dish­globe.net cited “Abadi phoned Barzani con­grat­u­lat­ing him over the vic­to­ries of the Pesh­merga forces in Za­mar and Sin­jar ar­eas by break­ing the siege im­posed by the ISIS ter­ror­ists.”

Abadi also ap­pre­ci­ated the Pehsmerga for their great achieve­ment in lib­er­at­ing process. He also re­it­er­ated his cab­i­net support for Kur­dish forces against the ter­ror­ists.

Mean­while the Iraqi Pres­i­dent, Fuad Masum, also called Barzani and con­grat­u­lated him and the peo­ple of Kur­dis­tan for the great vic­tory Pesh­merga forces achieved in Zu­mar and Sin­jar.

He also hoped all the Kur­dish ar­eas that have been oc­cu­pied by ISIS will be lib­er­ated in a near fu­ture.
