Ad­nan Karim makes mu­sic a bridge of love for Pesh­merge and their fam­i­lies

At­tended by over a thou­sand peo­ple, the Kur­dish popular singer, Ad­nan Karim, held a char­ity con­cert in Saad Abul­lah Hall in Er­bil on May 14, 2015. The con­cert was held to sup­port the Pesh­merge and the fam­i­lies of those who have been mar­tyred in the fight against the IS. The prom­i­nent Kur­dish singer has started an artis­tic project through hold­ing con­certs to sup­port the Kur­dish fighters. He sang sev­eral of his pre­vi­ous songs. In the con­cert, Ad­nan Karim also re­vealed his lat­est al­bum that con­sists of 10 tracks.

Peo­ple in Kur­dis­tan are ex­press­ing their feel­ing in var­i­ous ways to show their love and re­spect for the Pesh­merge and their brav­ery. Stu­dents in schools, teach­ers by pay­ing vis­its to front­lines, work­ers by show­ing their love and re­spect , in­tel­lec­tual with their writ­ings and moth­ers by pre­par­ing food, all to en­cour­age the Pesh­merge. The singers also are tak­ing part in the fight against the IS through singing na­tion­al­is­tic and pa­tri­otic songs. This shows that the determined, proud and brave peo­ple of Kur­dis­tan are in­vin­ci­ble. They can win any war and de­feat any ter­ror­ist group no mat­ter how strong they seem to be.
