KDP-I fight­ers killed 13 Ira­nian sol­diers

A mil­i­tary unit of the Kur­dis­tan Demo­cratic Party-Iran fight­ers killed 13 Ira­nian sol­diers and in­jured 30 in the Kur­dish city of Sheno in Iran.

An Ira­nian of­fi­cial con­firmed that they saw a team of the Kur­dish Pesh­merga fight­ers of the KDP-I who were do­ing or­ga­ni­za­tional works among the peo­ple of the area. The team were am­bushed by the Ira­nian sol­diers, ex­chang­ing fire among each other, fa­tal­i­ties from both sides were an­nounced.

Ac­cord­ing to a news pub­lished by the Ira­nian news agen­cies, the Kur­dish fight­ers in­fil­trated dam­age on the Ira­nian sol­diers as sev­eral am­bu­lances were seen in the scene trans­form­ing the in­jured and dead sol- diers. Af­ter trans­form­ing the bodies to Sheno Hospi­tal, peo­ple's visit to the hospi­tal were banned.

Fol­low­ing the armed con­flicts, Ira­nian gov­ern­ment dis­patched a lot of sol­diers to the Kur­dish cities, es­pe­cially the vil­lages near bor­der with Kur­dis­tan re­gion and Turkey.

A source said that Iran has equipped the troops with heavy and medium-sized weapons on the bor­der.

Ac­cord­ing to news sources, scores of Ira­nian sol­diers with mil­i­tary uni­forms and plain clothes pa­trol in the Kur­dish cities of Bokan, Sar­dasht and Pi­ran­shahr.

The mil­i­tary at­mos­phere in the Kur­dish cities has spread fear among the peo­ple.
