Planning application rejected once again

Bray People - - Council Report -

IT LOOKS AS though planning application for a house spanning 131.3 square metres in the side garden of 37 Fairyhill will be rejected by Bray Town Council for the third time.

Bray Town Councillors made a unanimous decision to reject the plans with Councillor Bríd Collins and Councillor John Byrne already paying their ¤ 20 for to submit a written objection.

Cllr Collins who lives in the Fairyhill Estate expressed her dismay that planning application for the development in the small side garden site continues to be put forward.
