PROUD PARENTS Brendan and Denise Toolan celebrated their daughter Simone’s 21st birthday with her at Greystones Rugby Club last Saturday night, with plenty of entertainment including a bubble machine and even a stripper!

The Kilquade family also includes Simone’s sister Arianna and brother Jeff, who is 14. She celebrated with her grandparents Michael and Therese the previous Thursday, her actual birthday, with a glass of champagne at home.

Over 100 people came along for the night, with friends old and new there - many of whom chipped in to get her Australian dollars for next month when she and her sister will be heading down under for a month.

A former pupil of Loreto Bray, Simone now works for Permanent TSB in Blackrock.

After the DJ finished playing in the rugby club function room, Simone and her friends made their way to the new night club over the Woodland Lodge in Greystones before continuing with a late-night party at home with her patient parents!

Simone and Arianna are looking forward to their adventure when they go on their travels next month, while the rest of the family is looking forward to an excuse to visit the girls in Australia for Christmas!
