DIVISION 2 St. Kevin’s AFC 3, Roundwood FC 1: St. Kevin’s were the winners between the two early leaders in Division 2 as they welcomed Roundwood to Conway’s Field.

John Sayer found the net again for the away side while Kevin’s took a two point lead at the top of the table after Lee McEvoy hit a double and Myles Conway a single.

Ballywaltrim FC 2, St. Patrick’s 3: Ballywaltrim will be cursing themselves for letting this match slip through their fingers.

Finding themselves 2-0 down thanks and after having to take their goalkeeper off, the Bray side lead an onslaught on the Pat’s goal in a match full of twists and turns.

Jason Moran showed how dangerous he is in front of goals again, hitting a double while Johnny Arthur also found the back of the net. Mark Bisset and Stephen Murphy got the home side’s goals, and they even missed a late penalty just to compound their misery.

Enniskerry YC B 1, Arklow United B 1: Both sides had to be content with a draw in this one last Sunday afternoon.

Dave Harvey was on target for the home side as was Richard Neary for the away side so a point each was the result although it could have been very different had Enniskerry’s Billy O’Neill made a fantastic goal-line clearance.
