Brothers in court
A PAIR of Bray brothers, one of whom is hearing impaired, stand accused of being drunk and disorderly. Brian and Gerard Dodd, 15 New Ard Cualann, made a brief appearance at Bray Court.
Gerard also faces additional charges of assault and obstructing a police officer. The matter is before the garda ombudsman at the moment and the DPP has requested that the state solicitor be involved in the case.
Judge Murrough Connellan put the matter back to November 20 for hearing.
