A DEAF and dumb man charged with stalk­ing had his case ad­journed un­til De­cem­ber af­ter mak­ing a brief ap­pear­ance be­fore Bray District Court last Thurs­day.

Mark Rogers, (25), with an ad­dress of 39 Alder­wood Park, Tal­laght, is charged with stalk­ing/ha­rass­ment at New­court Road, Bray, al­legedly oc­cur­ring on April 22 2006.

Judge Mur­rough Con­nel­lan re­marked that the pro­ba­tion­ary ser­vices have in­di­cated that they need to see an ex­ist­ing psy­chi­atric re­port.

‘Un­for­tu­nately I will have to ad­journ the mat­ter once again for fi­nal pro­ba­tion­ary re­port,’ said Judge Con­nel­lan, ask­ing that a signer be present on court on De­cem­ber 4. Rogers was re­manded on con­tin­u­ing bail un­til that date.
