On Friday October 10th twenty members of the Queen of Peace Adventure Youth Club went on a night climb to the cross on Bray Head. Despite the fog, and the rain all enjoyed the event. This was the club’s first Friday night activity of the season. Next week the climb will be on the big Sugarloaf.
Awards were made to the three best attendees at the canoe sessions these included Rybon Slater, Lee Henley, and Pearl Dutton. The club welcomes the return of leader Tracey McGiff.
ACTIVE RETIRED LECTURE
The Vevay Active Retirement Association (VARA) invites people to come along to the Villa Pacis, beside Our Lady Queen of Peace Church on Friday morning at 10.30am for Art, Music, Table Tennis etc. or just for a cuppa and a chat. New members are welcome.
