POPULAR PROGRAMME ‘Not Enough Hours’ is returning to our screens and its makers think that people enduring the commute from Bray to Dublin for work might be interested in the insight of TV psychologist Owen Fitzpatrick.

The series aims to encourage stressed busy people who find there are not enough hours in the day to get everything done.

It encourages people to take stock of their lifestyles and reassess their pri- orities. The programme looks at what people feel they need to make them happy, what choices they have, how and what to prioritise and how to handle their own needs over the needs of others.

People who have no time for themselves, who’s lives are in chaos and totally disorganised and think the show could help can contact the team on (01) 2082803 or they can email any correspondence to notenoughhours@rte.ie
