Names and a €200 deposit per person for Lourdes will be collected this Saturday 6th December before Mass at the bottom of the church at 7pm. Names should be given as on your passport with your deposit. Passport forms and E-111 forms will be available if anyone needs them. A Christmas Fun Bingo will take place on Thursday the 11th December in the Old School from 8-10pm. The Christmas Bingo will include a cup of tea and a raffle for everyone. Family members and friends are more than welcome to attend. €5 per book and great raffle prizes. Come along and enjoy.
The Roundwood Active Retirement Lunch Club will take place on Friday 19th December in the Roundwood Inn at 1.30pm.
The Roundwood and District Historical Society will launch their 19th Journal in the Roundwood Inn on the 5th December at 8.15pm. The journals will be on sale in the local shops.
There will be a stall and raffle in aid of the St. Catherine’s two schools at the Christmas Fair in Laragh on 7th December. Please support this worthy cause. All donations appreciated and can be made by contacting Margaret at 086 8064956.

SALE OF WORK
Roundwood & Moneystown Parish Annual Sale of Work takes place in the GAA Sports Complex on Sunday 14th Dec from 2.00 p.m.-5.30 p.m. Santa will make his appearance at 2.30 p.m. Have your Photo taken with him.
There will be all the usual attractions such as Wheel of Fortune, Bottle Stall, Flower Arrangements and Christmas Decorations, Homemade goodies, White Elephant Stall, Bouncy Castle, Roulette, Photos, Games Raffles etc. Some new attractions. Auction and Raffle results at approx 5.00 p.m.
The committee are asking you to donate goods for all our stalls, such as Bottles, Homemade goods/cakes, Flower arrangements etc. We also need sandwiches and cakes for the tea stall.

We would be grateful if people donating would check to make sure all toys are clean and that all items donated are in working order. We cannot accept broken items. Any clothing items must be new i.e. still in packaging or with the Sales tags attached.
Please remember - if you would not buy the item, it is likely no one else will either. New helpers and new ideas would be very welcome – please come along – it is good fun, and would be a great help.

AN TOCHAR GAA
The club AGM will be held on Sunday evening 7th December at 6:00pm in the complex. Could all the players, supporters and everyone with an interest in the club events please attend this most important meeting.
The annual Mass for deceased members of the club will take place in the complex on Thursday 11th December at 8:00pm. You are all invited to this ceremony.
The under 16 girls have an important final coming up very soon and we need lots of support for these young ladies. Fixtures meeting is as we go to press so be sure to pick up the phone now and ring any of these young ladies or any officials in the club as tomorrow may be too late. So make that call now and have the flags flying.
The ladies will commence their seven-a side tournament this Friday 5th December at 7:30pm with two matches this night. Hope to see you all there in good time. The lads continue with the Cullen Cup on Friday night and this tournament is progressing well.
Congratulations to B. Cullen who matched three numbers in the club lotto last week. This week’s club lotto is worth €13,400 and what a welcome that would be for the Christmas spend.
