A BENCH WARRANT was executed outside Bray District Court last Thursday for the arrest of a Bray man who failed to appear in court on Monday December 1. Ruari Keogh of 3 New Brighton Terrace was due to appear in court on charges of unlawful possession of drugs and possession of drugs for sale or supply at 26 The Lawn, Woodbrook Glen on January 28.
The Defence Solicitor Mr. Conway O’Hara told the court Keogh got his days mixed up. Keogh contacted gardaí and arranged to meet on Thursday December 4 at Bray District Court. Judge Murrough Connellan remanded Keogh on bail to January 22.
