Anvil stays put

Bray People - - News -

HARDWARE store Anvil, which has been on Bray’s Main Street for almost 40 years, is not to re-locate after all and will leave its roots firmly planted in the centre of Bray for the foreseeable future.

The store was to move to a premises on the Southern Cross and had begun a sale to prepare for the big move, however, owners have now decided to stay put for many years to come.

Customers are delighted that the family-run business is staying in its current location, with owners citing ’complications’ as the reason for the change of plans.

The well-known shop sells household goods, including storage pieces, Christmas decorations and furniture.
