The single mother of one, Malcomson has 42 previous convictions, and is a former heroin addicted who is currently on methadone.
Judge Murrough Connellan told Malcomson that he had to take the large number of previous convictions into consideration and the fact that she stole from the same shop on four different occasions.
Judge Connellan convicted and sentenced Malcomson to three months in prison and prohibited her from entering the Spar Shop on Rathsallagh Drive for two years.
