Put off the road
AN ARKLOW resident was put off the road for four years at Gorey District Court last week, after he was stopped for drink driving.
Pawel Tawnogorski (28) of 39 Harbour Court, Arklow, was charged with drink driving at The Avenue, Gorey, on December 16, 2007. A blood test gave a reading of 84 mg of alcohol per 100 ml of blood.
Judge O Buachalla fined him €300, ordered the conviction be endorsed on the licence, and banned him from driving for four years.
