No interpreter in court to assist Romanian woman

Bray People - - News Focus -

A ROMANIAN woman had her case adjourned to the New Year because there wasn’t an interpreter in the court last Thursday.

Baronita Rostas with an address at 3 Fatima Mansions, Rialto in Dublin 8, appeared in court on charges of failing to register and to produce a registration certificate at the Village Arcade on Main Street in Bray on November 25.

Judge Murrough Con- nellan told the gardaí there should have been an interpreter in court because they had plenty of time to assign one.

He adjourned the matter to January 26 for the assignment of an interpreter.
