CHARGES against an Arklow woman relating to threatening, abusive and insulting behaviour in a public place have been dismissed at District Court.
Helena Doyle with an address at 18 Abbey Street was charged in relation to Public Order Act offences at Lower Main Street, Arklow on December 27 of last year.
The case was previously adjourned to determine if the defendant would stay out of trouble.
The court was told that Doyle had not come to Garda attention since the last court date.
Dismissing the case Judge Murrough Connellan gave her the benefit of the Probation Act.
