A COOLGREANEY MAN who urinated in public paid a high price for his actions at Arklow District Court this week.

Philip Kelly was charged following the incident at Main Street, Arklow on November 17 of this year.

The court heard that he refused to give his name to Garda Vincent Whelan on the night and said ‘I have diabetes. I have to piss.’

Judge Murrough Connellan noted that the defendant was not present in court and imposed fines totalling €625.
