SHOTS FIRED INTO HOUSE AND MAN THREATENED
GUNMEN were on the streets of Bray at the weekend when two shots were fired through the window of a house on normally quiet estate and in a separate incident, a man out walking was threatened by a thug armed with a pistol.
Gardaí said that there were at least four members of the same family in the house in Ledwidge Crescent at about 10.30 p.m. on Saturday when the shots were fired.
Gardaí described that incident as ‘a cowardly act carried out indiscriminately’.
The night before, on Quinnsborough Road, eye-witnesses reported a car pulling up at about 8 p.m. and a man brandishing a handgun jumping out of the back and approaching a young man.
