A PLANNING APPEAL has been lodged with An Bord Pleanála in relation to a proposed development near Tinahely.
Following conditional planning approval for 29 dwellings at Shillelagh Road, Tinahely developers Liam Mellon and Paul Sheehan took their appeal against certain conditions to the board.
A spokesperson for the board said that specifics cannot be discussed until a decision has been reached.
It is understood that the applicants seek changes with the outline permission already given the green light.
A decision is due by April 16 of next year.
The development plans comprise twenty dormers houses, four semi-detached and five detached homes.
