Raiders flee with till after latest garage attack

Bray People - - News Focus -

A LONE WORKER at the garage on the Killarney Road Roundabout was horrified when three masked men wielding bats and a hammer smashed the store glass and demanded money in the early hours of Monday morning.

The three raiders made their escape from ‘Hills’ Topaz Service Station in a dark green Toyota, which was found abandoned at Kilcroney Furniture, just a moment’s drive away. They took the till with them, containing hundreds of euro. The men were all described as tall and thin, one wearing a black jacket and all three wearing masks. Garda Declan Lynch said that anyone on the road at that time, including taxi drivers and delivery drivers, are urged to get in touch if they saw anything. Bray Garda Station can be contacted on (01) 6665300.
