Car is burnt out in Kilmacanogue
A CAR was burned out in Kilmacanogue on Sunday morning at approximately 9.30 a.m.
The 1991 vehicle was up in flames at the turn off before Bohilla lane off the N11 where the old Post Office used to be.
Bray Fire Brigade and the gardai attended the scene. It was not clear if the vehicle, an Opel Cadet, was stolen and fire fighters said it was so badly damaged that they could not tell if it was started maliciously.
A passer by spotted the burning car that morning and called the emergency services who arrived quickly and extinguished the flames. They said that it was unlikely to be a stolen car.
