New fuel-efficient Pug aimed at family motoring
PEUGEOT has announced the arrival of the new 308 HDi diesel Ecomatique model, offering even lower emissions and reduced fuel consumption without compromising family motoring expectations. The fuel efficient 308 SE 1.6 HDi 110bhp Ecomatique 5-door model will retail in Ireland from €24,256 plus dealer delivery related charges and qualifies for the lowest Band A road tax of €104.
With consumers under more pressure than ever to manage all aspects of the family budget, the new 308 Ecomatique 1.6 HDi 110bhp boasts consumption savings of a further 12% compared to the already low B Rate-emission manual diesel model and retails at a lower price, thanks to its low CO2 emissions and subsequent VRT Band A rate of 14%.
The new 6-speed MCP gearbox is an electronically controlled sixspeed manual piloted gearbox, which removes the need for a clutch pedal, providing a genuine alternative to a traditional manual gear- box.
The 1.6 HDI provides extra urban fuel consumption of 3.91 and combined of 4.51. Standard features include: ABS with EBFD/Brake Assist, Driver, passenger and side curtain airbags.
The 308 SEHDi 110bhp Ecomatique retails from €24,250.
