A BRAY woman who stood in the middle of the road, drunk and shouting, told gardaí that she had been ‘drinking for three days.’
Roseann Teelan, 5 Dargle Heights, was drunk and unable to stand, said Garda John Maher who was called to a disturbance in the estate on January 21 at around 12.30 a.m.
‘I don’t know who she was shouting at,’ said Garda Maher at Bray District Court. ‘The neighbours were looking out the upstairs windows.’
Garda Maher asked Teelan, who is aged 23, if she had been drinking. ‘She told me she had been drinking for three days,’ he told the Court.
Teelan, who was not present in court, was fined €500 for being drunk in public, and €500 for being disorderly.
