THE AGM for the Wicklow Resource Committee takes place on Tuesday February 24 at 8 p.m. in Tá Sé’s Pub.

Anyone who would be interested in becoming a committee member or who might be able to help out with volunteer work would be more than welcome to attend.

Progress has taken place to turn the old Parochial Hall into a community Centre, but first the new committee have to reclaim ownership from the Minister of Finance after the pervious committee disbanded and was struck off the Companies Register.

Solicitor Gus Cullen and Barrister Cathal Murphy have volunteered their services in an application to the High Court requesting the return of the hall, and their services are greatly appreciated by all the committee members.
