Bray man had drugs at mu­sic fes­ti­val

A BRAY MAN found at a mu­sic fes­ti­val with €200 worth of co­caine last sum­mer is no longer in­volved in such ac­tiv­ity, he as­sured Judge Don­n­chadh O Buachalla last week.

Gary Cran­ley of 6 Fair Green Court in Bray ap­peared at last week’s sit­ting of En­nis­cor­thy District Court. He stood charged by Garda John O’Re­gan with an of­fence un­der the Mis­use of Drugs Act, at Hunt­ing­don Cas­tle in Clone­gal on Au­gust 16 last. The court was told that the man had a pre­vi­ous con­vic­tion dat­ing back to 2001, when he was a ju­ve­nile, for pos­ses­sion of drugs for sale or sup­ply.
