Top spot for Car­rig Court

CAR­RIG COURT of Rath­new was cho­sen as the win­ner of the Es­tate De­vel­op­ment Awards at a re­cep­tion held in the County Coun­cil build­ing in Wick­low Town.

In sec­ond place were Car­rig View, Glenealy; Oak Drive, Bless­ing­ton; Pal­la­dius Park, Donard; Druid’s Brook, Kil­coole and Slaney View, Strat­ford. Shar­ing third place were Ash­wood, Round­wood; Kil­gar­ron Park, En­niskerry; Val­ley Heights, Carnew and Kil­bride Grove, Bray.

Fourth place went to Mal­lenswood, Grange­con; Seav­iew Heights Lower, Rath­new; Kindlestown Park/Riven­dell Grove, Grey­stones and Spring­field Heights Newtownmountkennedy.

A spe­cial over­all award for ex­cel­lence in all cat­e­gories went to River­field Es­tate in Aughrim.

Cllr. Nicky Kelly and Derek Mitchell, Cathaoir­leach of WCC pre­sented Mary O’Neill and Geral­dine White, who rep­re­sented Car­rig Court, Rath­new, with a cer­tifi­cate and prize for tak­ing first place in the WCC Es­tate De­vel­op­ment Awards.
