A MAN HAD his case adjourned until March 11 for preparation of the Book of Evidence at last Wednesday’s sitting of Arklow District Court.

Michael McCarthy, Halting Site, South Beach, Arklow was charged with burglary (intent) at Menton’s Gas Shop, 41 Lower Main Street on January 30, 2008.

Inspector Mary Aldridge asked Judge Murrough Connellan to adjourn the case for one month as the Director of Public Prosecutions had not given a direction on the charge yet.

Judge Connellan adjourned the case, with consent, until March 11.
