A NON-NATIONAL man who was ‘ very aggressive’ had his case adjourned until December when he appeared before Judge Murrough Connellan at last week’s sitting of Arklow District Court.

Kastutis Kedys, 13 Merton, Sea Road, Arklow was charged with being intoxicated in a public place and engaging in threatening, abusive and insulting behaviour at Main Street, Arklow on October 19, 2008.

He pleaded guilty to the charges and the court heard that Kedys had been ‘very aggressive’ on the night and had to be restrained by the bouncers of Sally O’Brien’s pub.

Judge Connellan then adjourned the case until December 9 to see if Kedys came to any further garda attention.
