Bray Wan­der­ers have launched their value for money new-look 2009 Premier Divi­sion Sea­son Tick­ets.

Wan­der­ers will com­pete for a fifth straight year in the top tier of Ir­ish foot­ball in 2009 - the all-new 10 Team Premier Divi­sion.

Tak­ing into ac­count the cur­rent eco­nomic sit­u­a­tion, Bray Wan­der­ers have rolled out a new bud­get bust­ing sea­son ticket of­fer for all foot­ball loving fans. Adults can now watch ev­ery sin­gle home Premier Divi­sion game for only €99.00, that’s only €5.50 per game and a sav­ing of €171.00 com­pared to last sea­son.

A fam­ily sea­son ticket, which cov­ers 2 adults and 2 chil­dren, is now only €249.00, only €3.47 per game and a sav­ing of €543.00, while chil­dren’s or se­nior cit­i­zens sea­son tick­ets are only €49.00, which works out at only €2.72 per game and will save you €77.00 over the course of the 09 sea­son.

Bray Wan­der­ers got their pre-sea­son cam­paign off to a winning start in this en­ter­tain­ing game played at Way­side Celtic’s ground in Kil­ter­nan.

Paddy Ka­vanagh opened the scor­ing for Bray on 40 min­utes af­ter a pass from Gareth Cough­lan on the right put him in the clear and he fired past Dean De­laney in the Shels goal.

Bray made three changes at half time while Shel­bourne made four changes. On 49 min­utes Paddy Ka­vanagh cut in from the right and his pass back set up Dar­ren Forsyth who fired past sub­sti­tute keeper Whe­lan. Forsyth was de­nied a sec­ond a minute later when he was clean through but Whe­lan pulled off a great save.

Bray went three up on 58 min­utes when sub­sti­tute Fer­nando scored from close range in a crowded goal­mouth. Shel­bourne scored a con­so­la­tion from the penalty spot through McMul­lan on 76 min­utes af­ter Derek Fo­ran han­dled in the area.


Mem­ber­ship is now open for the 2009 sea­son. Mem­ber­ship prices are €10 (Adult), €7 (Stu­dent) & €20 (Fam­ily mem­ber­ship).

To travel on the Sup­port­ers Club buses in 2009 you must be a mem­ber of the Sup­port­ers Club.

When you join the sup­port­ers Club you can: Vote for the Play­ers of the Month and the Player of the Year; Take part in Club meet­ings and ac­tiv­i­ties; Get dis­counts on cer­tain items in the Sup­port­ers Club Shop.
