A BRAY MAN who produced his documents in court had his conviction quashed at last week’s sitting of Wicklow Circuit Court.

The court heard Barry O’Hagan, 2 Ard na Greine, Bray had been convicted of road traffic offences in the district court.

However, he had produced his documents to Gardaí and they were in order.

State solicitor Rory Benville then asked Judge Gerard Griffin to allow the appeal and vacate the order of the District Court which he did.
