Seminar to advise first-time buyers
THURSDAY will see a special seminar taking place in the Grand Hotel for first-time property buyers seeking some advice before making a purchase.
The seminar is part of an initiative by EBS to help those who are new to the property market so they can make informed decisions when it comes to choosing property, their mortgage lender and their legal representatives.
The free event will feature Clive Quinn and Audrey Cluskey from EBS, Eugene Dooley from Dooley Poynton Auctioneers, Ian McAulay from McAulay Rice Architects, Siona Mooney from Augustus Cullen Law and Ciara Kavanagh from Wicklow County Council. The speakers will also be available to provide one-on-one advice to first time buyers so they can make an informed decision about such a significant investment.
Clive Quinn of EBS Wicklow says, ‘In the current economic climate it is important that first time buyers are fully informed and completely understand the whole process of buying their first home.
The EBS have a long heritage of working with First Time Buyers to help them purchase their first house, having been founded by teachers over 70 years ago seeking to support one another purchase their first home.
