Judge happy with teen’s progress
A 17-YEAR-OLD who appeared in Bray District Court last week on charges of public drunkenness, burglary, disorderly conduct, stealing a car and obstructing a peace officer, all on a number of dates between April and May, has been put in to foster care.
The youngster struggled to fix his tie as he stood before Judge Murrough Connellan, who said that he is very satisfied with the juvenile’s change in circumstances.
He has been in the care of a relative since June.
The youth, who cannot be named as he is under 18, will appear in court again in December for an update.
