Good Food Ireland award
GLENEALY’S Ballyknocken House and Cookery School scooped the top eastern accolade at the Good Food Ireland Awards held in the KClub during the week.
Proud owners, Catherine and Claudio Fulvio, received their award to rapturous applause from almost 300 fellow Good Food Ireland members. Trevor Sargent TD, Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, congratulated the pair on their triumph.
The Good Food Ireland Awards honour people and places for their commitment to using local Irish food.
Ballyknocken House is set right in the heart of Wicklow’s wild countryside and Catherine takes great pride in her use of local produce used for the award winning breakfasts and dinners she serves. The cookery school is perfectly located in a renovated milking parlour.
