Moore’s of Grange­con held their Cap­tain’s Prize in fine con­di­tions in Balt­in­glass Golf Club on Sun­day, Septem­ber 20.

Af­ter a close con­test, Joe Kelly beat Michael Burke on the count­back, his back-6 score of 12 points be­ing three bet­ter than Burke. 2009 cap­tain Dan Leigh led the pre­sen­ta­tion and fes­tiv­i­ties in Grange­con that evening.

Spe­cial men­tion also to Ai­dan Pierse who shot the best round of the day to take the vis­i­tor’s prize.
