Bray People - - NEWS -

THERE HAS BEEN a threefold increase in the number of ‘Sale Agreed’ second-hand residential properties in Leinster in January 2010 compared to data from the same period last year.

New data released by My Ireland’s leading property website, shows there has been a consistent month-on-month increase in the amount of Sale Agreed second-hand residential properties since September of 2009.

This supports indicators of a pick-up in the residential market, especially since the New Year.

Sale agreed properties in Dublin have increased by over 300 per cent with 658 properties reaching sale agreed status compared with just over 200 in the same month last year. The number of sale agreed properties in the rest of Leinster, including Wicklow, has also increased by a similar percentage over the same period.
