Looking for own TV in recycling centre
A MAN found rifling through a recycling centre at night last month was trying to recover his own television. Michael Moorhouse (36), 44 Giltspur Brook, had a young child with him when Garda Conor Casey found him in Shankill recycling centre at around 6 p.m.
Moorehouse's solicitor Brendan Maloney explained that his client had been there earlier and left a TV off. Someone had given him another television for the children to play computer games, but that broke. 'He accepts that he climbed over a gate to get it back,' said Mr. Maloney. 'He is very embarrassed and makes no excuse.' Judge Murrough Connellan bound Moorhouse to the peace for one year.
