Paddy’s day trip for Welsh party of five

FIVE PEO­PLE from Holy­head will be in Grey­stones over St. Pa­trick's Day as part of in­ves­ti­ga­tions to link the town towns.

Speak­ing at last week's meet­ing of Grey­stones Town Coun­cil Cllr. Stephen Stokes said that four mem­bers of Holy­head Town Coun­cil and one mem­ber of the Holy­head busi­ness com­mu­nity would be in the town for two nights tak­ing in the sights and the pa­rade.

Cllr. Stokes, chair­per­son of the tourism and twin­ning com­mit­tee, said the com­mit­tee were look­ing for a spon­sor to come on board to help with the costs of pro­duc­ing lo­cal maps of Grey­stones.

Cllr. Ciaran Hay­den said the vis­i­tors from Holy­head would have a place on the re­view­ing stand and said there would be re­fresh­ments af­ter­wards in the Beach House.
