Con­sole group ap­peals for help

CON­SOLE, THE na­tional char­ity for sui­cide be­reave­ment and preven­tion is ap­peal­ing to the peo­ple of Bray to give just one to three hours of their time to raise ur­gent funds to re­duce the dev­as­ta­tion of sui­cide in Ire­land.

Con­sole is or­gan­is­ing a Na­tional Bag Pack Day with Dunnes Stores on Satur­day March 12.

The char­ity is ur­gently look­ing for vol­un­teers in the Bray area, who will give one to three hours of their time to help raise vi­tal funds for Con­sole's Sui­cide Preven­tion and Be­reave­ment Ser­vices. ‘ Con­sole would par­tic­u­larly wel­come a lo­cal group, sports team, school or so­cial club that might be able to help us out on the day,' said a spokesman.
