Prayer Group: This Group meets in the Side Chapel ev­ery Mon­day at 8pm.

Lec­tio Div­ina Group: The Lec­tio Div­ina meets in the Up­per Room of the Cof­fee Dock on Tues­day morn­ings from 11am to 12 Noon - all wel­come.

Silent Holy Hour: This take place in the Side Chapel each Fri­day from 11am un­til 12 Noon. Daily Mass: This is cel­e­brated at 10am (Mon­day to Satur­day and 7pm (Mon­day to Fri­day).

BrayGather­ingCharis­mat­icGroup: This group meets on Wed­nes­day night at 8pm in the Lit­tle Flower Hall - all wel­come.

Blessed Sacra­ment Ado­ra­tion: This takes place on Thurs­days af­ter the 7pm Mass un­til 8pm.

Re-Open­ing of the Church: We are pleased to in­form ev­ery­one that as soon as the up­grad­ing of the se­cu­rity sys­tem is com­plete, the church will be open as usual. We are grate­ful for the help and ad­vice given to us by the Com­mu­nity Gar­dai and the Crime Preven­tion Of­fi­cer. They have promised that they will be pa­trolling the car park , church, and grounds on a reg­u­lar ba­sis but it is also im­por­tant that we all con­tinue to be vig­i­lant and we ask you to re­port any­thing sus­pi­cious, no mat­ter how small you think it might be - to the sacristan on duty or the parish of­fice or di­rectly to Bray garda Sta­tion at 6665300.

AshWed­nes­day: To­day (Wed­nes­day) is Ash Wed­nes­day and is a Day of Fast and Ab­sti­nence. Ashes will be dis­trib­uted at Masses to­day - 8am (for to­day only), 10am and 7.30pm.

Tro­caire Boxes: These are avail­able at the doors of the Church af­ter Mass. Please take one if you have not al­ready re­ceived one through the schools.

Sacra­men­tal Prepa­ra­tion: Satur­day's 6.15pm Mass will be a spe­cial Len­ten Mass for First Com­mu­nion chil­dren and their fam­i­lies. Sun­day's 7.30pm Mass will be a spe­cial Bless­ing Mass for the Con­fir­ma­tion can­di­dates who will cel­e­brate Con­fir­ma­tion on April 9th.

Min­is­ter­soft­heEucharist: Next Mon­day night there will be a meet­ing of Min­is­ters of the Eucharist at 8pm in the Lit­tle Flower Hall and as many min­is­ters as pos­si­ble are asked to at­tend.

Youth Cen­tre Din­ner Dance: A din­ner dance in aid of the Youth Cen­tre will take place on Fri­day April 1st in the Es­planade Ho­tel, Bray, with wine re­cep­tion at 7.30pm fol­lowed by din­ner and en­ter­tain­ment. 20thAn­nu­alPil­grim­age­toLour­des: This will take place from Septem­ber 7th to Septem­ber 12th - the cost is €689 pps - book­ing de­posit €100. This in­cludes bus to and from the air­port, flights, and full board in Ho­tel Agena which is very near the grotto. Lim­ited sin­gle sup­ple­ments avail­able 150. Dur­ing the week it was an­nounced that Katie Tay­lor who is fea­tured in the Re­mark­able Women sec­tion of the cur­rent Bray Cualann His­tor­i­cal So­ci­ety jour­nal, will be the Grand Mar­shall for the Dublin St. Pa­trick's Day Pa­rade .

This sec­tion of the jour­nal tells the story of some women, all some­how associated with Bray. Elise San­des set up 32 homes for sol­diers. Pauline Adams be­came a cham­pion of women's rights in the USA. Lil­ian Lucy David­son, an artist, at­tended the Olympics in 1928. Sr. Cyril Mooney is a highly re­spected ed­u­ca­tion­al­ist in In­dia, and world-box­ing cham­pion Katie Tay­lor has a his­tory of box­ing in Bray be­hind her.

Mem­bers and sup­port­ers of the Bray Cualann His­tor­i­cal So­ci­ety are asked to note that due to St. Pa­trick Day fall­ing on the 3rd Thurs­day of March, the Bray Cualann His­tor­i­cal So­ci­ety has brought for­ward its March meet­ing to to­mor­row night (Thurs­day­when Fran­cis Devine, His­to­rian, Au­thor and Trade Union­ist, will present his lec­ture on ' The His­tory of the Labour Move­ment in Ire­land and North Wick­low ' and all are wel­come at­tend.

This lec­ture will take place at 8pm in the Bray Cham­ber of Com­merce House, 10 Prince of Wales Tce., Quins­boro Road. Bray. Copies of the jour­nal will be avail­able at the meet­ing.
