BOL­LY­WOOD FEVER will be in the air on Satur­day April 2 as the Glen­view Ho­tel in Glen of the Downs plays host to a fun Bol­ly­wood Night in aid of The Hope Foun­da­tion. The In­dian in­spired even t starts 8 p.m. and you 're in­vited to come and dance the night away Bol­ly­wood style with DJs, dancers, fire jug­glers and much more.

You can also get a Henna Tat­too or en­joy an In­dian Head, Hand or Arm Mas­sage while you're there. Or­gan­is­ers will be on the look­out for the most cre­ative or in­spired In­dian. Guests will en­joy spe­cial screen­ings of Bol­ly­wood movies, and can buy a range of In­dian cui­sine from Chakra in Grey­stones, In­dian Spice Com­pany in Grey­stones, Milla's Kitchen in New­town mount kennedy, and the Glen­view Ho­tel in the In­dian Bazaar area.

On top of all that, all ticket hold­ers will be en­tered into a free draw for some great prizes. A spe­cial price of €20 for ad­vance book­ings in now avail­able, and the Glen­view Ho­tel is of­fer­ing some spe­cial Bol­ly­wood B&B rate of €45 for the night which in­cludes use of leisure fa­cil­i­ties. Tick­ets will also be avail­able on the door for €25, and all funds raised go to­wards The Hope Foun­da­tion's work with the street and slum chil­dren in Kolkata (for­merly Cal­cutta).

The Hope Foun­da­tion, set up in 1999 to raise funds for one girls' home, now works with 16 In­dian NGO part­ners to res­cue thou­sands of chil­dren from the streets and slums of Kolkata, im­prove their qual­ity of life, and give them a bet­ter fu­ture.

HOPE sup­porter, Ruby White, who has trav­elled to Kolkata twice, is or­gan­is­ing the event on April 2.

Speak­ing about HOPE, Ruby says ‘vis­it­ing HOPE's projects was un­be­liev­ably re­ward­ing, life chang­ing and en­rich­ing, and I hope to go back again but un­til then I am aim­ing to pro­mote and spread the word about the great work that The Hope Foun­da­tion does’.
