St. Pa­trick's Day: Vigil Mass to­day (Wed­nes­day) at 7pm - to­mor­row St Pa­trick's Day at 10am and 11.30am. The Parish Of­fice will be closed on St. Pa­trick's Day.

Bap­tisms: These take place on 1st and 3rd Sun­days of the Month af­ter 12 Noon Mass. Three weeks no­tice be­fore prepa­ra­tion meet­ing is re­quired. Prepa­ra­tion Meet­ings take place on the Mon­day be­fore the 1st Sun­day.

Parish Trip 2011: Called ' Spen­dours of Tus­cany ' this will take place from Satur­day May 28th to Satur­day June 4th 2011, staying in the Grand Ho­tel Riviera, a four star ho­tel, in the cen­tre of Lido di Ca­maiore and di­rectly across from the breach.

The cost is €900 per per­son shar­ing, in­clu­sive of re­turn flight Dublin-Bologna, re­turn air­port trans­fer, 7 nights ac­com­mo­da­tion in the Grand Ho­tel Riviera on a half board ba­sis & 3 ex­cur­sions and ex­tras (see leaflet). Those who wish to book are asked to call to the Parish Of­fice to have their name added to the book­ing sheet, and col­lect a book­ing form. Book­ing form and de­posit to be sent di­rectly to Map Travel. Leaflets avail­able at the back of the church.

TalkonTus­cany: There will be a talk on Tus­cany in the Church on Satur­day March 26th at 11am with spe­cial ref­er­ence to San Marco in Florence which houses paint­ings by the great Do­mini­can Gio­nanni da Fiesole bet­ter known as Fra An­gelico & St. Cather­ine of Si­enna. The talk will be given by Sr. Mary O'Driscoll, O.P., who is an au­thor­ity of the teach­ing of St. Cather­ine of Si­enna who was the sub­ject of her doc­toral work.

Par­ishFete: The parish Fete takes place on Satur­day June 18th and if you have any items suit­able for the fol­low­ing Fete stalls - Ac­ces­sories ( hats, scarves, jew­ellery, bags),Knit­ting, Books, Toys,White Ele­phant, Gifts - good as new which must be in good con­di­tion, - please hold on them and they will be grate­fully re­ceived closer to the time of the Fete. There will also be stalls for M&J Plants, Cakes, Plants, Jams and Pre­serves, Plants & Flow­ers and Re­fresh­ments.

Ceme­tery Mass: The an­nual Mass and Bless­ing of the graves in Spring­field Ceme­tery will take place on Sun­day June 19th.

TheRosary: Fr. John will say the Rosary on Tues­days at 9.40am be­fore the 10am Mass.

Bray Churches To­gether: Bray Churches To­gether will hold a ' Fes­ti­val of Hope ', a fun event for all fam­i­lies with a Cel­e­bra­tion of Wor­ship, on Sun­day May 1st be­tween 1pm and 4pm in Kil­rud­dery Gar­dens. Vol­un­teers are needed to help with plan­ning, pre­par­ing and stew­ard­ing this event and those who would like to be a vol­un­teer and be part of the Fes­ti­val are asked to con­tact the Parish Of­fice.

Min­is­ters of the Eucharist: There will be a day of Re­newal for all the Min­is­ters of the Eucharist on Satur­day April 16th in St. Anne's, Shankill, Co. Dublin. The day will com­mence with Mass at 10am fol­low­ing onto St. Anne's Re­source Cen­tre, and fin­ish­ing with lunch at 1.30pm.

Se­nior Day: This is held ev­ery Mon­day from 10.30am to 12.30pm in St. Clare's Cen­tre, Bal­ly­mor­ris, Kil­lar­ney, Road. Join in in­ter­est­ing ac­tiv­i­ties - en­joy a light lunch and get to know to know ' what's on ' for Se­niors.

The Knit­ting Café: Why do join the Knit­ting Café for knit­ting and needle­work fun and a re­laxed morn­ing ev­ery Wed­nes­day from 9.30am to 11am - fur­ther in­for­ma­tion from Pat at 01-2828371.


The Bal­ly­mor­ris / Bray Guild of the Ir­ish Coun­try­women's As­so­ci­a­tion (ICA) meets on the 2nd Mon­day of months at 8pm in St. Clair's Cen­tre, Bal­ly­mor­ris, Kil­lar­ney Road, at which talks, demon­stra­tions and crafts take place. The Anx­i­ety and Panic At­tack sup­port group meet ev­ery Wed­nes­day night in Bal­ly­waltrim Com­mu­nity Cen­tre on the Boghall Road, op­po­site Centra shop­ping cen­tre from 7.30-9.30 p.m.

The pur­pose of the group is to ex­plore with those who suf­fer anx­i­ety or panic at­tacks, ways to con­trol, man­age, change and im­prove their qual­ity of life by mu­tual sup­port, en­cour­age­ment, re­lax­ation, friend­ship and in­for­ma­tion.
