Ogra Fianna Fail to launch in Bray

A NEW branch of Ogra Fianna Fail will be launched tonight ( Wed­nes­day) in the Ra­mada Ho­tel, Bray. The North Wick­low branch of Ogra Fianna fail will hold its first meet­ing at 8pm tonight.

This vi­brant group caters for young peo­ple up to the age of 25. As part of a na­tion­wide re­build­ing pro­gramme Ogra Fianna Fail will pro­vide a good ground­ing for bud­ding politi­cians but will also pro­vide an ex­cel­lent so­cial out­let. Their ac­tiv­i­ties will in­clude a sum­mer BBQ, a com­mu­nity fundraiser, pub quizzes, a Dáil visit, de­bat­ing com­pe­ti­tions, com­mu­nity vol­un­teer­ing and lots more.

Cllr. Ciaran Hay­den has wel­comed the for­ma­tion of the group and said ‘ the group will be very ac­tive in Bray, Grey­stones, En­niskerry, Kil­coole, Kilped­der, New­town­moun­tkennedy and New­cas­tle.

‘I am re­ally ex­cited about the for­ma­tion of Ogra in North Wick­low. This group is vi­brant and en­thusi- as­tic and a must for the young peo­ple of this area. I know the or­gan­is­ers are very proac­tive and they have a great en­ergy.

‘North Wick­low will be a bet­ter place for their in­volve­ment in Com­mu­nity life here. I wish them luck and I will of course be on hand to as­sist them any­way I can go­ing for­ward.’
