Prayer Group: This Group meets in the Side Chapel ev­ery Mon­day at 8pm.

Lec­tio Div­ina Group: The Lec­tio Div­ina meets in the Up­per Room of the Cof­fee Dock on Tues­day morn­ings from 11am to 12 Noon - all wel­come.

Silent Holy Hour: This take place in the Side Chapel each Fri­day from 11am un­til 12 Noon. Daily Mass: This is cel­e­brated at 10am (Mon­day to Satur­day and 7pm (Mon­day to Fri­day).

BrayGather­ingCharis­mat­icGroup: This group meets on Wed­nes­day night at 8pm in the Lit­tle Flower Hall - all wel­come.

Blessed Sacra­ment Ado­ra­tion: This takes place on Thurs­days af­ter the 7pm Mass un­til 8pm.

Notes from the Parish Pas­toral Coun­cil: The Sa­mar­i­tans: Mem­bers of the Sa­mar­i­tans will speak briefly at all this week­end's Masses; World Youth Day: Holy Redeemer Parish will be rep­re­sented at his year's event which takes place un Madrid, Spain, in Au­gust; New­Trans­la­tion oftheMass: Prepa­ra­tions have started for this; Eucharis­tic Congress: The Dublin Dio­cese is pre­par­ing for the Eucharis­tic Congress to be held in Ire­land next year. It has been sug­gested that we con­sider re­mov­ing two Con­fes­sion­als so that the parish com­mu­nity can use the space. This has been done very suc­cess­fully in Our Lady Queen of Peace church.

Au­di­tions for the Parish Easter Play: Would you like to be in­volved in the Holy Redeemer Parish Easter Play which this year is an adap­ta­tion of a Mys­tery Play put on at Easter by the car­pen­ters of the City of York in the 15th cen­tury. It will be di­rected by Fr. Colin who has ex­ten­sive ex­pe­ri­ence in pro­fes­sional drama and per­formed Easter Week in our parish. Women's Mini Marathon: Run or walk for W. H (Wick­low Home­less) Five Loaves. Dur­ing 2010 W.H Five Loaves served 11,480 two-course din­ners, 6,800 hot break­fasts, 1560 take­aways & pro­vided ac­com­mo­da­tion for five men in their tran­si­tional hous­ing pro­ject. On Tues­day March 29th Brian White will present a lec­ture ' Writers & Arts of Bray ' at 7pm and all wel­come to at­tend - ad­mis­sion is free.


Lo­cal his­to­rian, au­thor, and Bray Cualann His­tor­i­cal So­ci­ety PRO James Scan­nell will be the guest speaker for the Thurs­day April 14th meet­ing of the Bray Cualann His­tor­i­cal So­ci­ety - the lo­cal his­tory so­ci­ety for Bray and North Wick­low - at which he will present his lec­ture ' Mar­itime May­hem off Bray ' in which he will re­call var­i­ous mar­itime ac­ci­dents that oc­curred off Bray and along the East Coast down through the years. This lec­ture will take at 8pm in the Bray Cham­ber of Com­mence House, 10 Prince of Wales Tce., Quins­boro Road, Bray, and all are wel­come to at­tend.

Last night (Tues­day) lo­cal his­to­rian and au­thor Brian White p[re­sented his lec­ture ' Writers & artists of Bray ' in Bray li­brary, Eglinton Road, Bray, in which he fo­cused on some of the lesser know ones that have an as­so­ci­a­tion or con­nec­tion with Bray. Brian White has com­piled a list of over 200 writers and artists who were born, lived or died in Bray since 1850 and for this pre­sen­ta­tion Brian spoke on a rep­re­sen­ta­tive se­lec­tion of them on which he has re­searched.

Brian will be speak­ing on Satur­day morn­ing at the Dublin City Li­brary and Archive Lo­cal His­tory So­ci­ety Day at which he will present a lec­ture on 'The Cen­te­nary of Cearhball O Dálaigh, 1911 to 1978, 5th Pres­i­dent of Ire­land’.


To­mor­row night (Thurs­day) there will be a Parkin­son's Disease Fun Ta­ble Quiz at 8pm in Bray Golf Club. Ta­bles of 4 - €20. On Fri­day the April Good Neigh­bour morn­ing meet­ing of the Bray Ac­tive Re­tire­ment As­so­ci­a­tion (BARA) take place in the Lit­tle Flower Hall, Bray, at 10.45am. New mem­bers wel­come. Tea and bis­cuits will be served.
