Prayer Group: This Group meets in the Side Chapel every Monday at 8pm.
Lectio Divina Group: The Lectio Divina meets in the Upper Room of the Coffee Dock on Tuesday mornings from 11am to 12 Noon - all welcome.
Silent Holy Hour: This take place in the Side Chapel each Friday from 11am until 12 Noon. Daily Mass: This is celebrated at 10am (Monday to Saturday and 7pm (Monday to Friday).
BrayGatheringCharismaticGroup: This group meets on Wednesday night at 8pm in the Little Flower Hall - all welcome.
Blessed Sacrament Adoration: This takes place on Thursdays after the 7pm Mass until 8pm.
Notes from the Parish Pastoral Council: The Samaritans: Members of the Samaritans will speak briefly at all this weekend's Masses; World Youth Day: Holy Redeemer Parish will be represented at his year's event which takes place un Madrid, Spain, in August; NewTranslation oftheMass: Preparations have started for this; Eucharistic Congress: The Dublin Diocese is preparing for the Eucharistic Congress to be held in Ireland next year. It has been suggested that we consider removing two Confessionals so that the parish community can use the space. This has been done very successfully in Our Lady Queen of Peace church.

Auditions for the Parish Easter Play: Would you like to be involved in the Holy Redeemer Parish Easter Play which this year is an adaptation of a Mystery Play put on at Easter by the carpenters of the City of York in the 15th century. It will be directed by Fr. Colin who has extensive experience in professional drama and performed Easter Week in our parish. There are 12 parts-8 male, 4 female - age group 18 years upwards. It is a short play comprising 13 pages - Rehearsal period will be from March 28th for 4 weeks. To audition call Fr. Colin at 01-2862899 or email:firstname.lastname@example.org.

Youth Centre Dinner Dance: On Friday night a dinner dance in aid of the Youth Centre will take place in the Esplanade Hotel, Bray, with wine reception at 7.30pm followed by dinner and entertainment. 20thAnnualPilgrimagetoLourdes: This will take place from September 7th to September 12th - the cost is €689 pps - booking deposit €100. This includes bus to and from the airport, flights, and full board in Hotel Agena which is very near the grotto. Limited single supplements available 150. Women's Mini Marathon: Run or walk for W. H (Wicklow Homeless) Five Loaves. During 2010 W.H Five Loaves served 11,480 two-course dinners, 6,800 hot breakfasts, 1560 takeaways & provided accommodation for five men in their transitional housing project. On Tuesday March 29th Brian White will present a lecture ' Writers & Arts of Bray ' at 7pm and all welcome to attend - admission is free.
Local historian, author, and Bray Cualann Historical Society PRO James Scannell will be the guest speaker for the Thursday April 14th meeting of the Bray Cualann Historical Society - the local history society for Bray and North Wicklow - at which he will present his lecture ' Maritime Mayhem off Bray ' in which he will recall various maritime accidents that occurred off Bray and along the East Coast down through the years. This lecture will take at 8pm in the Bray Chamber of Commence House, 10 Prince of Wales Tce., Quinsboro Road, Bray, and all are welcome to attend.

WRITERS/ARTISTS OF BRAY
Last night (Tuesday) local historian and author Brian White p[resented his lecture ' Writers & artists of Bray ' in Bray library, Eglinton Road, Bray, in which he focused on some of the lesser know ones that have an association or connection with Bray. Brian White has compiled a list of over 200 writers and artists who were born, lived or died in Bray since 1850 and for this presentation Brian spoke on a representative selection of them on which he has researched.
Brian will be speaking on Saturday morning at the Dublin City Library and Archive Local History Society Day at which he will present a lecture on 'The Centenary of Cearhball O Dálaigh, 1911 to 1978, 5th President of Ireland’.
FUN TABLE QUIZ
Tomorrow night (Thursday) there will be a Parkinson's Disease Fun Table Quiz at 8pm in Bray Golf Club. Tables of 4 - €20. On Friday the April Good Neighbour morning meeting of the Bray Active Retirement Association (BARA) take place in the Little Flower Hall, Bray, at 10.45am. New members welcome. Tea and biscuits will be served.
MS TABLE QUIZ
Tomorrow night (Thursday) there will be an Multiple Sclerosis Table Quiz in The Martello, Bray, Seafront, at 8pm. €10 per person or €40 per table of 4. Tickets are available from the MS Shop, 56 Main Street, Bray, or at the door on the night.
CONTRASTS OF WICKLOW
This photographic exhibition will on view in The Beach House Restaurant, Bray, from 10am to 5pm on Saturday April 16th and Sunday April 17th - part of the proceeds will be donated to The Five Loaves.
A 5k race for series runners and 1k Fun Bunny Run for others wishing to take place will be held on Saturday April 9th in aid of Bray Lakers - further information available from 01-2022694.
Bray Women's Refuge invites you to an Awareness Raising Seminar on addictions and co-dependency on Thursday April 14th in the Ramada Hotel. The cost is €25 to include tea/coffee biscuits, and 3 course buffet lunch.
