Guide Dogs As­so­ci­a­tion thank stu­dents


CHRIST­MAS CAME early for the Ir­ish Guide Dogs As­so­ci­a­tion of Ire­land thanks to stu­dents from Coláiste Chill Mhan­táin.

De­nis Lam­bert, rep­re­sent­ing the Guide Dog As­so­ci­a­tion, was a vis­i­tor to the school just be­fore the Christ­mas break where he was pre­sented with a cheque for € 606 which was col­lected by tran­si­tion year stu­dents.

Mr. Lam­bert thanked all the stu­dents in­volved for their ef­forts. The school al­ready has a close re­la­tion­ship with the Ir­ish Guide Dogs As­so­ci­a­tion of Ire­land hav­ing raised pre­vi­ous amounts of money for the or­gan­i­sa­tion.

Fourth year stu­dents from Coláiste Chil Mhan­táin who raised €606 for the Ir­ish Guide Dogs with De­nis Lam­bert and guide dog Kuro.
