Extra date added to popular ‘Hell & Back’ assault course
THE NOTORIOUS ‘Hell & Back' challenge returns to Killruddery in Bray on January 27 and February 3.
A new date was added due to the popularity of the gruelling 10k event.
Designed, built and customised by a former member of the elite army ranger wing, the course is a phenomenal physical and mental challenge.
There will be spectator sections at the start and finish lines for friends and family to cheer on the participants as they struggle over some of the course’s toughest obstacles.
The pond, Satan's pit, the swamp, barbed wire crawl, and the river are some of the aspects of the race to be overcome.
