A New Year 2013, a fresh start to get healthy and fit. Com­mu­nity Games will be back next Mon­day Jan­uary 14th at 7pm in the com­mu­nity field sports com­plex. Ev­ery­body is wel­come and we look for­ward to see­ing our adults con­tin­u­ing to walk or run as their chil­dren train. Hopefully the weather will con­tinue to be dry and mild and get us through the next few weeks.

Train­ing will con­tinue for the cross­coun­try in Avon­dale which takes place in the end of March and also we hope to get the Art in the schools up and run­ning for the county fi­nals in March too. Look­ing for­ward to a good year. TO­TAL FIT­NESS
